Associate Director Finance

Role: Associate Director, Finance supporting Flagship Pioneering's Pioneering Medicine portfolio. Objectives: oversee financial planning, reporting, accounting, and forecasting for internal and partnered biotech programs, primarily in human health research. Responsibilities: manage budget-to-actuals analysis, cash flow monitoring, financial reporting, and support month-end/quarter-end close activities; collaborate with program teams, leadership, and external partners on budgets, forecasts, and financial models; ensure GAAP compliance, audit readiness, and process improvements; provide controllership support across entities including portfolio companies.
