Associate Director, Field Reimbursement Excellence & Flexible Support (Endocrinology)

Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, and continuously improve market access training programs for field-based and home-office teams; serve as subject matter expert on market access, field reimbursement, patient support services, HUB/SP operations, and reimbursement for Korlym, Mifepristone AG, and relacorilant (pending FDA approval).
- Design onboarding, advanced learning curricula, certification programs, workshops, and field coaching focused on reimbursement, payer strategy, specialty pharmacy, patient support services, government programs, and healthcare system dynamics.
- Partner with Market Access, Patient Services, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Medical Affairs, Sales Training, and Commercial Operations to ensure training content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate live/virtual/in-person trainings (including role-plays, case-based learning, and access simulations); support national initiatives and launch readiness.
- Create and maintain training materials (e-learning, job aids, playbooks, resource guides) and a centralized knowledge repository.
- Establish training effectiveness metrics and KPIs (retention, certification completion, application, and business impact).
- Flex/Floating Field Reimbursement Manager: cover open territories, provide field coaching, launch support, and direct reimbursement assistance as needed.
Qualifications/Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years in pharma/biotech market access, reimbursement, patient services, account management, or commercial training; 3+ years training/coaching/leadership.
- Deep understanding of U.S. reimbursement, specialty pharmacy/HUB operations, prior authorization, benefits verification, and appeals; patient access/affordability programs.
- Strong presentation/facilitation, communication/stakeholder management, emotional intelligence, adaptability.
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools; self-starter with strong organization.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.
- Preferred: experience training FRMs/Market Access teams; rare disease/endocrinology; familiarity with Korlym or relacorilant pathways; product launch support; trainer/instructional design/adult learning certification; building training programs from the ground up.
