Role: Associate Director, Field Medical Training, Insights & Analytics, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training programs for Field Medical teams supporting the Neuroscience Migraine portfolio. Responsibilities include designing annual training calendars, facilitating training sessions, managing content approval processes, and analyzing training effectiveness to enhance field medical capabilities. The role involves gathering insights from field teams to identify trends and unmet needs, and translating these into actionable strategies. It also encompasses overseeing training delivery via platforms such as LMS, Veeva, and QStream, and managing certification processes. Additional duties include driving strategic alignment of field medical operations, establishing KPIs, and expanding capabilities through digital tools and engagement models. Requirements: 12+ years’ experience in related roles, ideally with a background as an MSL or in scientific training, with an advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD). Strong facilitation, presentation skills, and experience managing cross-functional projects are essential. High-value specifics include focus on the Neuroscience Therapeutic Area, migraine indications, and expertise in soft skills and product knowledge training. Preferred experience includes spasticity/cervical dystonia, familiarity with pharmaceutical systems like Veeva and iEngage, and prior MSL or scientific training roles. The position reports to senior leadership, involves global collaboration, and offers a hybrid work setup with no travel requirement specified.
