Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs-Hematology (TN, AL, MS, AR)

Role: Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs (Medical Science Liaison) focusing on Hematology/Oncology, specifically B-Cell Malignancies (NHL and Multiple Myeloma). Objectives: establish and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, support clinical trial development, and provide medical expertise to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: identify and engage with investigators and research targets, facilitate investigator-initiated studies, gather and report scientific insights, and represent the company at medical conferences. Requirements: terminal scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, or DVM), 8+ years of relevant experience including at least 4 years in Hematology/Oncology medical affairs, knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, and pharma regulations; established KOL relationships in hematologic malignancies; residency in the territory. Preferred: drug launch experience. High-Value: focus on Hematologic Malignancies, clinical trial participation, strong KOL networks, and experience in biologics or targeted therapies; location in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, or Arkansas, with around 70% travel.
