Role: Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs (Medical Science Liaison) focusing on Hematological Malignancies (NHL, Multiple Myeloma). Objectives: build and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, support clinical trial activities, and serve as a medical resource to promote understanding of disease states and products. Responsibilities: identify and engage investigators and KOLs within the territory; foster collaborations; support investigator-initiated studies; provide scientific insights to shape medical strategy; gather and report clinical and scientific intelligence from conferences; ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Requirements: terminal degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, DVM); 8+ years of experience including at least 4 years as an MSL in Hematology/Oncology; knowledge of treatment guidelines, FDA regulations, clinical research processes, and pharma compliance; established relationships with key opinion leaders; residency in the assigned territory with a valid driver’s license. High-Value: Hematology/Oncology, B-Cell Malignancies, NHL, Multiple Myeloma, Phase 4 or launch experience, KOL engagement, clinical trial support. Work Setup: territory-based with frequent travel (~70%), covering OH, MI, IN, KY, including air travel and weekends.
