Role: Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs (MSL) specializing in Hematological Malignancies (NHL, Multiple Myeloma), driving engagement with KOLs, HCPs, and researchers. Responsibilities: establish and maintain scientific relationships, serve as primary disease and product resource, support clinical trial development, provide insights to shape medical strategy, and attend conferences for intelligence gathering. Requirements: terminal scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, DVM); 8+ years overall experience, including at least 4 years as an MSL within Hematology/Oncology; knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research, FDA and pharma regulations; residency in CO, MO, KS, OK, or NM with a valid driver’s license. Preferred: established KOL relationships in Hematologic Malignancies, drug launch experience. HighValue: focus on B-Cell Malignancies, trial support, scientific communication, and territory-specific engagement. WorkSetup: territory-based, with approximately 70% travel including air travel, overnight stays, and occasional weekends.
