Main Responsibilities
- Develop with the Director of Field Learning & Development the training and development function for the Business Unit (disease, product, and customer interaction capabilities) and other needed trainings; ensure on-the-ground execution and deployment.
- Assist in development and continuous improvement of strategic/tactical plans supporting Sales, Marketing, Patient Educational Services, and Reimbursement Teams workstreams including:
- New hire training programs and curriculum
- Continuing education and ongoing learning programs
- Advanced training in product/disease knowledge and customer interaction capabilities
- Field advisory teams and learning champions
- Define/develop core competencies and create tools, curriculum, and initiatives
- Classroom/livetraining and e-learning (e.g., modules, WebEx) for disease/product and customer interaction capabilities
- Manage Product Review Board process for sales training materials and regulatory/legal compliance integration
- Develop field-based programs (mentorships, coaching, field assessment)
- Establish and implement key metrics to track training value/impact
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to integrate sales/marketing materials into new hire and ongoing learning
- Manage/design/deliver sales training for National Sales Meetings and Area/Zone/Regional Meetings
- Ensure budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements
- Select/develop/manage relationships with key agency partners
- Provide strategic analysis and plan across multiple internal customer demands
- Design and attend certification training for relevant programs/vendors

Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS required; MBA/PharmD or equivalent a plus.
- 3+ years pharma/biotech experience; 1+ year leading national training programs, field enablement, commercial capability development, or field-based sales/account management with training/coaching/mentorship.
- Specialty pharma/biologics experience; immunology/rare disease strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex clinical/scientific data into scalable learning content.
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Proven project management; manage multiple priorities, including budgeting.
- Cross-functional partnership experience (Marketing, Sales, Medical, Compliance) strongly preferred.
- Ensure training aligns with legal/regulatory/compliance guidelines.
- 25–35% national travel.

- Excellent communication; strong collaboration, organizational and operations skills.
