Associate Director, Field Analytics

Role: Associate Director, Field Analytics, focuses on secondary data analytics to optimize commercial strategies and field operations in biopharma, with potential global scope beyond China. Responsibilities include developing data-driven targeting for sales force activities, conducting segmentation and territory analysis, supporting sales force call planning and alignment, and establishing benchmarks and KPIs. Responsibilities also encompass designing and managing sales reporting systems, conducting ad hoc analyses, supporting incentive compensation programs, and synthesizing insights from secondary and primary research. Qualifications: BA/BS in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business; 8+ years in consulting, commercial analytics, or sales operations within biotech or pharma. Oncology experience, especially hematology, is preferred. Expertise in secondary data sources such as claims, payer data, and longitudinal datasets is essential. Skills include advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and familiarity with mapping/reporting tools. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills are required.
