Associate Director, Field Analytics

Role: Associate Director, Field Analytics, focusing on secondary data analytics to optimize commercial strategy and field operations for BeiGene’s cancer treatments, with potential global responsibilities. Responsibilities: develop data-driven targeting and call plans for sales; analyze territory alignments and sales force effectiveness; collaborate cross-functionally on market segmentation, KPIs, and benchmarking; support sales incentive programs; design and improve sales systems and dashboards; provide actionable insights and ad hoc analyses; integrate secondary research with primary data; communicate findings to stakeholders; manage external partners when needed; and ensure alignment of insights with business goals. Qualifications: BA/BS in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business; 8+ years in biotech/pharma with experience in commercial analytics and sales operations, preferably oncology and hematology; proficient with secondary data sources (claims, patient data, payer data), SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and mapping software; strong analytical, project management, vendor management, and communication skills. High-Value: Oncology, hematology, secondary data analytics, sales force optimization, territory alignment, CRM/SFA integration, and global potential. Travel is 15-20%. No supervisory responsibilities; global competencies include teamwork, feedback, initiative, change management, and results orientation.
