Role: Associate Director, Federal Government Affairs, supporting CSL Behring’s federal legislative and regulatory strategy. Responsibilities: monitor and analyze federal policy developments; execute engagement plans with government officials, trade associations, and advocacy groups; provide policy insights and prepare briefing materials; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, Regulatory, Communications); represent the company in industry forums; draft policy communications and testimony. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 8–10 years in healthcare government/public affairs or related field; strong understanding of federal legislative/regulatory processes; proven project management and relationship-building skills; excellent communication and advocacy abilities; strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement competencies. High-Value: experience in biotech/pharma policy, healthcare regulation, or advocacy; familiarity with patient access issues; hybrid work setup in PA or DC; potential for influence in biopharma policy impacting patient access and company priorities.
