The Associate Director, Eye Care Portfolio Marketing is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of integrated strategic marketing plans for key assets in the Eye Care portfolio (including LOE brands and Interventional Glaucoma). Partners with Commercial Leadership, Market Access, Finance, and Marketing to shape strategic direction, optimize channel execution, and support LOE and broader Eye Care portfolio success.

Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of plans for key LOE brands.
- Partner with Market Access, Finance, Sales, and stakeholders on Market Access and Pricing strategies and growth beyond LOE (e.g., DTP, Rx to OTC).
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity; translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and forecast planning.
- Evaluate business cases with Finance and Market Access; optimize investment decisions and channel/brand prioritization.
- Manage agency, vendor, and external partner relationships.
- Build cross-functional relationships (Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Finance, Medical, HEOR, Legal, Regulatory, APEX/Marketing Analytics, Compliance).
- Lead patient activation efforts, including strategy, implementation, budget management, and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate on marketing plans to achieve patientsโ€™, market, and financial results.
- Influence leaders cross-functionally; manage P&L; grow penetration/share/awareness.
- Develop next-generation product experiences leveraging the patient journey; direct and manage projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7โ€“9 years in Marketing Access and/or Marketing (pharmaceutical experience preferred).
- Minimum 3 years product management experience in pharmaceuticals (market access preferred).
- Highly desired: Market access marketing experience.
- Strongly preferred: lifecycle management experience.
- Required: experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing.
- Preferred: knowledge of patient access, reimbursement, and verification of benefits.

- Lead strategy in a complex, matrixed organization; strong analytical/financial/business acumen.
- Influence cross-functional and external stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving/organizational skills; effective teamwork.
- Travel up to 35%.
