Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main supplier relationship contact for designated products, providing organization, supervision, strategic initiatives, and technical support to manage supply.
- Ensure high-quality product manufacturing in compliance with local and international regulations; ensure release and delivery per forecasts, schedules, and planned cost.
- Manage projects/programs to ensure cost-effective, marketable, and manufacturable products and maximize profitability across the product lifecycle.
- Participate in negotiation of the Manufacturing Service Agreement and amendments; ensure compliance.
- Establish planning and material procurement strategies to supply required materials.
- Communicate product forecasts; agree on manufacturing and delivery schedules; coordinate with Supply Chain/Planning to meet demand forecast.
- Participate in development of Financial Operating Plan, Updates, LRP, and standard processes; ensure financial goals are met.
- Coordinate the Steering Committee and monitor Virtual Operation Teams; evaluate performance, address issues, and escalate as needed.
- Review status reports and prepare updates for senior leadership.
- With technical/quality teams, review process performance and quality trends and agree on improvement plans.
- Establish governance, guidelines, and communication channels; ensure supplier quality systems/documentation and follow inspection responses/commitments.
- Coordinate with QA: annual quality management review and periodic audits; investigate deviations; timely disposition decisions; establish/track performance metrics.
- Develop/implement/manage programs/projects including scope, cost/time/resource, communication, and risk management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (science/technical preferred); MSc or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing, engineering, project management, quality, and S&T.
- Broad business perspective; strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Strong project experience; ability to influence others.
- Previous experience managing subcontracted relationships preferred.
- Proven leadership and strong communication skills (listening, verbal, presentation, written).
- Strong strategy development/planning skills; knowledge of pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and supply.
- Strong issue identification, problem analysis, and solution development.
- Team player; ability to work in a globally oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of business financial systems and tools.
