Associate Director, ExploR&D Consultation Agreements

Role: Associate Director, ExploR&D Consultation Agreements, leading negotiation and execution of collaboration agreements between Lilly and biotech partners across preclinical and development phases. Responsibilities: manage end-to-end negotiation, draft and finalize agreements in collaboration with Legal, translate scientific scope into contractual terms, handle amendments and change orders, and ensure process efficiency and compliance across legal, financial, and R&D stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in business development, contracting, or R&D consulting; deep understanding of drug discovery and development; proven negotiation experience with external biotech partners; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
