Role Summary
Associate Director, Established Products Legacy Portfolio, located in Morristown, NJ. Responsible for supporting commercial efforts for a diverse portfolio including Synvisc and Legacy Brands, driving strategy, financial management, and cross-functional initiatives to optimize product performance in the face of generic competition. Plays a key role in shaping portfolio strategy, market access, and stakeholder engagement to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Strategy: Develop and execute tailored strategies for Synvisc and multiple Legacy Brands.
- Portfolio Strategy: Monitor generic competition and market trends for each product.
- Portfolio Strategy: Identify opportunities to differentiate offerings and maintain competitive advantage.
- Portfolio Strategy: Understand and evaluate the unique commercial dynamics for each franchise.
- Portfolio Strategy: Work closely with Head of Essentials and Divestiture to identify opportunities to prune and divest products.
- Financial Management: Evaluate financial performance, pricing strategies, and resource allocation.
- Financial Management: Optimize profitability while ensuring patient affordability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and distributors.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
- Risk Mitigation: Assess risks related to generic competition, regulatory changes, and market shifts.

Qualifications
- Required: Bachelorโs degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Preferred: MBA.
- Required: Minimum of 7 years related experience.
- Required: Proven experience in pharmaceutical leadership, specifically within product portfolio management.
- Required: Strong understanding of commercial operations, market access, and financial analysis.
- Required: Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
