Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional commercial supply chain leads to understand demand planning trends, market access changes, promotional campaigns, and product lifecycle events.
- Integrate regional demand signals into end-to-end supply plans (API, Drug Substance, Drug Product, Finished Goods) and reconcile forecast discrepancies.
- Develop and execute detailed commercial supply plans using demand insights, manufacturing capacities, lead times, and MRSL requirements; ensure API detailed planning (e.g., part setups/master data review, retest/expiry review, MoH management, inventory health, change analysis, shipping quantities, lot restrictions).
- Use SAP ERP and Kinaxis Rapid Response to build/monitor/scenario-test supply plans; manage demand/supply constraints, expiry risk, and shelf-life tradeoffs.
- Optimize inventory positioning and enable allocation decisions in constrained supply.
- Partner with Commercial Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance; maintain visibility to supply risks/escalations; support commercial/regulatory change management.
- Track/report supply planning metrics and provide updates/escalations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 10+ years relevant experience with BS/BA OR 8+ years with MA/MBA OR 5+ years with PharmD/PhD.
- Experience in pharmaceutical operations/cGMP environment.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical GMPs and ICH Q7A; strong communication and negotiation skills; organizational/time management.

- Salary range: $182,070.00β$235,620.00; may include annual bonus, stock incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
