Associate Director – Employee Engagement & Community Impact, Social Impact and Sustainability

Role: Lead global employee engagement and community impact initiatives, focusing on employee giving, volunteering, and community-based programs. Responsibilities: develop and execute strategies for charitable giving platforms, manage vendor relationships, ensure program compliance, and measure social impact; lead volunteer programs and mobilize employee champions; collaborate with communications teams for outreach; oversee budgets, performance metrics, and continuous improvement efforts. Requirements: BA/BS in Business, Public Health, or related field; 5+ years in employee engagement, corporate philanthropy, or social impact, with experience managing programs, platforms, and multi-million-dollar budgets; strong stakeholder management, vendor relations, and data analytics skills; proven leadership in complex, matrixed environments. Preferred: expertise with enterprise platforms (SAP, Ariba), advanced analytical and reporting skills, excellent communication abilities, and knowledge of workplace giving trends.
