Associate Director / Director, Strategic Finance

Role: Associate Director or Director of Strategic Finance at BridgeBio, focusing on evaluating and executing corporate finance and capital markets initiatives to support growth and shareholder value. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end assessments of strategic transactions such as licensing, M&A, financings, and partnerships; conducting strategic and financial analyses, scenario modeling, and valuation; and preparing clear recommendations for executive leadership and the Board. The role also involves supporting investor relations activities, analyzing market expectations, and developing investor materials. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, or finance; 2-4 years of management consulting experience with progression to leadership roles; and expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques, including advanced methods like real options analysis or Monte Carlo simulations, are necessary. Preferred qualifications include an advanced scientific or clinical degree (PhD, MD, PharmD). High-value specifics include a focus on biotech assets, with an emphasis on strategic diligence and financial evaluation within the life sciences sector. The position is based in Palo Alto, requiring in-office work 4-5 days per week.
