Associate Director/Director, Platform and Pipeline Medical Affairs Lead

Role: Lead scientific communication for Wave's platform and discovery-stage programs in RNA therapeutics, supporting publication and external communication strategies. Responsibilities: develop and oversee publications (abstracts, posters, articles), coordinate with external agencies, lead cross-functional meetings, and contribute to external messaging on key milestones and data. Serve on pipeline governance committees, supporting strategic planning and treatment landscape analyses. Requirements: Advanced degree (Ph.D., M.D., PharmD), 5-8 years in biopharma, with expertise in chemistry, chemical biology, or biochemistry, particularly nucleic acid chemistry. Basic knowledge of drug discovery and development processes.
