Position Description:
This role serves as a US brand leader within the Greenhouse oncology portfolio with a primary focus on Verzenio, responsible for revenue targets, execution excellence, innovation, and cross-functional integration to maximize digital performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and be the subject matter expert for all Verzenio commercial activities
- Drive delivery of revenue targets
- Own the development and end-to-end execution of customer plans across digital channels
- Create new or derivative brand promotional claims and tactics, and associated project plans
- Gain and monitor customer and competitive insights to inform strategy and adjust execution
- Manage the brand budget
- Innovate digital marketing strategies aligned with brand priorities
- Pilot, implement, and measure AI-powered solutions (internal capabilities and/or vetted external vendors)
- Collaborate with the central media team to create and monitor digital HCP reach, frequency, and engagement goals; adjust strategies as needed
- Partner with BI&A and Finance to measure brand and tactical performance
- Collaborate with OBU marketers, LVA, and consumer services to optimize customer experiences and maintain right-to-operate
- Implement solutions in partnership with LillyTech, central digital engagement, content operations, and content capability offices
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical commercial marketing experience
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly does not sponsor work authorization/visas for this role.
Additional Preferences:
- Experience with digital marketing and marketing mix execution
- Self-starting; manage priorities without direct authority
- Familiarity with US MLR requirements and approval processes
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners
- Prior experience managing a marketed product
- Analytical, data-driven decision making
- Track record driving adoption of new capabilities
- Oncology therapeutic area experience
- Graduate degree
