Lead, Digital & Web Ops β€” hands-on technical leadership for the Digital & Web Ops Global Capability team.

Responsibilities:
- Partner to design solutions for business problems; provide technology feasibility, effort, and tradeoffs.
- Translate capability roadmaps into scalable architectures and development plans (assess feasibility, constraints, dependencies, risks).
- Convert requirements into technical specifications and executable work.
- Lead delivery of Web CMS (Drupal), Digital Channel Enablement (SEO/SEM, social, distribution), Engagement (Salesforce Health Cloud, SFMC for Email/Text), and Patient Apps.
- Lead agile ceremonies; execute capability roadmap; own complex technical challenges end-to-end.
- Ensure compliant digital standards/templates and publishing workflows; enable integrations across CRM, analytics, consent, marketing and patient services.
- Partner with security/business/vendors to meet standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements; manage vendors.
- Mentor developers; lead cross-team technical problem solving.

Required skills/qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in CS/engineering/IS (or related).
- 8+ years (or 6+ with MS) in pharma customer/patient engagement, KOL/advocacy, or related areas; deep engagement platform expertise.
- 4+ years as Tech Lead/TPM/Engineering Manager (or equivalent) managing teams.
- Enterprise architecture + integration/API/data architecture expertise; experience designing enterprise digital engagement across web/email/media/patient apps.
- Agile experience; ability to balance speed, compliance, scalability; compliant integrations with CRM/analytics/consent.

Preferred:
- Pharma/healthcare experience; experience with enterprise platforms or Global Capability teams; rare disease/specialty brand experience.

Working requirement:
- 10–20% travel.
