Global Capability Owner, Digital & Web Ops

Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate the Digital & Web Ops capability vision and outcomes aligned to global/franchise priorities.
- Own and continuously evolve the Digital & Web Ops roadmap; make prioritization/trade-off decisions based on user feedback.
- Translate business needs into measurable capability solutions; define standard channel activation frameworks.
- Own web governance and content management (standards, templates, publishing workflows, compliance).
- Partner with Tech Lead and Suite Lead to align priorities, scope, sequencing, and acceptance criteria.
- Use user insights and engagement data to shape compliant, improved customer experience.
- Deliver scalable/reusable capabilities; monitor KPIs and adoption; maintain PRDs, user stories, discovery artifacts; plan sprints.
- Drive experimentation to improve Web CMS, digital channel enablement, engagement capabilities, and patient apps.

Required/Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (business/technology/marketing/science or related).
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience in digital product management/product ownership and managing product roadmaps in cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of web CMS (e.g., Drupal), CRM/marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud, SFMC), and digital channel enablement.
- Experience with Agile; JIRA/Confluence (or similar).
- Experience using AI/automation/agentic workflows.
- Ability to partner with end users across discovery/design/deployment; strong customer journey, collaboration, problem solving, and decision-making.

Working requirements:
- 20–30% travel.
