Responsibilities: oversee complex project management activities, develop integrated project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, build and maintain project schedules, and facilitate stakeholder alignment; lead team meetings and contribute to process improvement and talent development efforts; mentor partner project managers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years in project management or related field; experience in pharmaceutical or biotech product development, preferably in clinical drug development; strong leadership, collaboration, strategic planning, and risk management skills.
