Duties/Responsibilities:
- Own and govern integration platforms (Workato, Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Informatica, etc.).
- Define integration standards, best practices, APIs, and reusable frameworks.
- Oversee design of integration solutions (real-time APIs, event-based messaging, ETL/ELT, batch processes).
- Lead cross-functional integration projects for system migrations, digital initiatives, and SaaS deployments.
- Translate business requirements into technical integration designs.
- Manage delivery timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Partner with vendors/implementation partners/internal stakeholders for high-quality delivery.
- Oversee daily operations (monitoring, issue resolution, performance tuning).
- Maintain integration catalogs, documentation, and interface inventories.
- Establish governance for API lifecycle management, change control, and versioning.
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks, data privacy regulations, and IT controls.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and encryption standards.
- Manage integration vulnerabilities and cybersecurity best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and support assessments.
- Provide thought leadership on APIs, event-driven architecture, microservices, iPaaS.
- Collaborate to shape future-state architecture.
About You / Qualifications:
- 3–5 years leadership managing vendors/engineering/integration teams.
- Hands-on integration platform expertise (Workato, OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure, etc.).
- Strong API management; REST/SOAP; event-driven architecture; cloud-based integrations.
- Track record delivering complex enterprise integration projects.
- Security, authentication, and data governance knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal/customer service skills.
- Bio-tech and commercial launch experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems/CS/Engineering or related) and Master’s or equivalent experience.
- Certifications in integration/cloud platforms (Oracle, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- 10+ years IT integrations/middleware/enterprise architecture.
- Regulated industry experience (life sciences, healthcare, finance, manufacturing).
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, Workday, Veeva Vault, Salesforce.
- Microservices, DevOps, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native development experience.
