Associate Director, Customer Master Lead

Role: Associate Director of Customer Master within Vertex’s Enterprise Master Data Management organization, leading the global healthcare entity master (GHEM) domain. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end ownership of Customer MDM including design, build, management, modernization, cloud migration, and AI-enabled enhancements; drive platform architecture, ontology, and semantic knowledge graph; manage data quality, operations, and stakeholder engagement across commercial, analytics, and IT teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field; 8+ years in Master Data Management, with 3+ years leading MDM projects; expertise in MDM platforms (e.g., Reltio, Informatica IDMC), healthcare reference data (HCP/HCO), and data governance; strong background in cloud architecture, APIs, AI/ML, and enterprise data integration.
