Role: Associate Director, Customer Engagement Platforms & Data, leading product management and solution architecture for commercial and medical customer engagement capabilities within biotech. Responsibilities: translate business strategies into scalable platform solutions, manage delivery of CRM, digital engagement, analytics, and integration projects, partner with cross-functional teams on data governance, security, and compliance, and oversee lifecycle and vendor management. Qualifications: Bachelor's in business, IT, or life sciences; 8+ years in business technology, with 5+ in biotech/pharma, including 3+ leading product/platform delivery; hands-on experience in SaaS, APIs, customer data management, and regulated environments. High-Value: pharma/biotech, commercial/medical affairs, omnichannel engagement, customer data, API/integration expertise, regulatory compliance, digital solutions, and vendor collaboration. WorkSetup: hybrid/remotely based in San Diego, with up to 20% travel.
