Associate Director, Customer Engagement Platforms & Data

Role: Associate Director, Customer Engagement Platforms & Data, leading product management and solution delivery for commercial and medical customer engagement systems within biopharma. Objectives: translate engagement and omnichannel priorities into compliant, scalable platform capabilities, supporting global Medical Affairs and Commercial teams. Responsibilities: manage joint product and delivery models with Commercial Systems & Analytics, translating strategies into roadmaps, requirements, and release plans; lead technical delivery for platforms including Veeva, Salesforce, and marketing automation; collaborate on customer data initiatives across HCP, HCO, payer, and patient domains; partner on digital innovation and AI use cases; oversee lifecycle operations, vendor management, privacy, security, and compliance; drive process improvements, adoption, and benefit realization. Qualifications: bachelor's in business, IT, or life sciences; 8+ years in business technology or IT with 5+ years in biotech/pharma, including 3+ years leading product/platform delivery; deep knowledge of commercial/medical processes, customer data, APIs, and regulated environments; proven experience in product backlog management, architecture, integration, and troubleshooting.
