Role Summary

Associate Director, Customer Engagement Business Partner (CEBP) within AstraZeneca’s Omnichannel function. Accountable for championing Omnichannel strategy and delivery for the respective franchises, driving brand performance and enabling innovation across the organization. The role partners across multiple teams to build and implement Omnichannel strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Marketing: Franchise/tumor focus, Omnichannel roadmap, strategic thought leadership and Omnichannel execution responsibilities. Build and complete 1-1 omnichannel experiences to help build market leadership and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Innovation: Responsible for Omnichannel roadmap, own and execute omni development plan (ODP), build novel journeys, test digital innovation, drive first in US OBU programs.
  • Insights Generation: Partner with Marketing Analytics to bring actionable marketing insights to the brands. Leverage those insights to compose and execute on Omnichannel journeys.
  • Omnichannel tech Ecosystem: Strategic advisor to the digital product teams with respect to product evolution and roadmap.
  • Internal Collaboration: Responsible for the evolution of Omnichannel Marketing in US OBU, leading internal partnerships with Digital Innovation, Medical Omnichannel, BBU Omnichannel, and Marketing Analytics.

Impact

  • Deliver Franchise impact: act as a thought partner to design and execute novel customer experiences.
  • Drive fit-for-purpose innovation to support launches; deliver brand performance by maximizing and defending growth indications.
  • Raise Omnichannel IQ across US OBU; educate and lead change around Omnichannel ways of working.
  • Deliver the 2030 customer vision by delivering 1-1 personalized experiences for all customers.
  • Drive performance-based omnichannel marketing using actionable insights from Marketing Analytics.
  • Evolve underlying omnichannel capabilities to deliver outstanding experiences.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of commercial experience
  • 3+ years of Oncology Marketing Experience

Key Deliverables

  • Omnichannel Marketing Initiatives: Develop strategies and execute on Omnichannel initiatives to engage HCPs and drive brand priorities.
  • Education and change management: Educate key partners on Omnichannel capabilities and experiences; drive innovation and related change management.
  • Identify Key Trends: Partner with Marketing Analytics to identify and deliver actionable insights to brands on Omnichannel performance.
  • Product Development: Partner with teams and partner organizations to develop next-gen omnichannel capabilities in data, digital, and analytics.

Desirable

  • Experience working in a regulated industry is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a multinational corporate environment
  • Preferred: MBA, 3+ years HCP, Product, or Brand marketing experience
