Associate Director, CRM & Field Platforms

Role: Associate Director, CRM & Field Platforms, responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and evolution of Biogen's CRM and field technology platforms across North America to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: develop multi-year platform roadmaps, optimize Veeva CRM and related technologies, oversee platform governance, drive adoption, and lead digital transformation initiatives including AI-enabled workflows and automation. Act as liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Data & AI, and external vendors, ensuring seamless integration and innovative capability deployment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors; 5+ years leading CRM and customer engagement technology initiatives, with deep expertise in Veeva CRM, system integrations, and platform lifecycle management. Preferred: experience with Veeva Vault, AI capabilities, Salesforce ecosystem, and commercial operations leadership.
