Associate Director, Corporate Responsibility

Role: Associate Director, Community Impact, supporting the execution of community engagement strategies within the Social Impact and Sustainability team. Responsibilities include leading program implementation, operational coordination, and stakeholder engagement across US communities, with a focus on social investments aligned with health access goals. Key tasks involve managing community impact initiatives, coordinating grant review processes, tracking program milestones, and supporting monitoring and evaluation activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in public health, health policy, or related fields, plus at least 7 years of experience in program management, community health, philanthropy, or health systems strengthening. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage complex projects, and coordinate across internal stakeholders is essential. Preferred skills include experience in high-need communities, ESG, and social impact programs, with advanced degrees and expertise in community engagement highly valued. The role is based in the U.S., with travel up to 10%, and operates remotely.
