Role: Lead Lundbeckβs Search & Assessment efforts in China, focusing on identifying and evaluating innovative neuroscience assets to bolster the global pipeline. Responsibilities: proactively source opportunities across all development stages, assess strategic fit, commercial potential, and scientific quality, and provide recommendations to HQ. Build and maintain relationships within China's biotech, pharma, and academic ecosystems, representing Lundbeck at industry forums, and developing external networks. Collaborate with HQ and China teams to align assessments, develop business cases, and support strategic decisions. Requirements: PhD in life sciences or CNS-relevant MD; proven independent evaluation skills with neuroscience assets; experience with business opportunity assessment, ideally in China; strong networking and relationship-building skills; project leadership experience managing multiple projects and engaging senior management.
