Role: Associate Director, Congress Planning, leading strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Celcuity's congress program to enhance visibility and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities: oversee planning and operational delivery of Tier 1 and Tier 2 medical congresses (e.g., ASCO, ESMO, SABCS), including vendor management, budgeting, logistics, exhibit design, onsite execution, relationship management, and performance measurement. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and external partners to align congress objectives with corporate strategies. Requirements: 8+ years in biotech/pharma, proven experience managing large-scale medical congresses, strong project and vendor management skills, knowledge of exhibit asset management, and excellent communication and organizational abilities. Willingness to travel and provide onsite leadership. Preferred: familiarity with oncology/breast cancer congress landscape, Bachelorβs degree, CTSM or HMCC certifications. High-value specifics: focus on oncology (notably breast cancer), experience with US and international congresses, and a role emphasizing strategic alignment, operational excellence, and compliance. Work setup: travel required for onsite leadership at events.
