Role: Senior compliance leader supporting Revolution Medicines' field commercial and medical teams during product launch and indication expansion. Responsibilities: develop and oversee a comprehensive field compliance program, provide strategic guidance, identify and mitigate risks, lead training initiatives, and ensure governance of policies and SOPs. Conduct audits, monitor trends, and develop CAPAs; stay current on healthcare laws, industry guidance, and enforcement trends. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and represent compliance in cross-functional teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), 12+ years in healthcare compliance, regulatory, or related pharma roles supporting Commercial/Medical functions. Proven experience in developing compliance programs, influencing senior leaders, and managing risk mitigation strategies. Skills: strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and change management. Preferred: CCEP certification, oncology or specialty pharma experience, product launch expertise, and experience in a biotech environment. High-Value: focus on oncology, product launch, indication expansion, and compliance within a commercial-stage biotech context. WorkSetup: based in Redwood City, CA, with a salary range of $186,000 - $233,000 USD, subject to market and experience.
