Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Conduct internal compliance investigations.
- Develop and execute investigation plans; interview witnesses using fair/effective techniques.
- Manage global investigation firms and/or outside counsel for interviews and evidence collection/review.
- Research, collect, and analyze large quantities of data (pursuant to relevant privacy laws).
- Identify issues, draw appropriate conclusions, and prepare timely, accurate written reports.
- Prepare written and oral summaries for business colleagues (including executive leaders) and HR professionals.
- Convey investigation results supporting employment action and/or business/process improvements.
- Partner/liaise with HR/Employee Relations, Corporate Security, Law, external counsel, Cybersecurity, and Quality.
- Build internal stakeholder relationships; lead by example to cultivate a culture of compliance.
Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- 7+ years of investigative and/or legal and/or compliance experience (law firm, in-house, forensic/auditing, or government).
- Knowledge/experience with pharmaceutical industry laws (e.g., HCP interactions, FDCA, AKS, FCPA, FCA, GMP, GCP).
- Knowledge of compliance standards/best practices; ability to interpret/apply policies and procedures.
- Proven investigation/project management across all phases (planning, data review/analysis, interviews, documentation, drafting findings/conclusions).
- Sound judgment/objectivity; strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to determine root cause and identify solutions.
- Ability to communicate with senior executive leadership; maintain confidentiality/discretion.
Compensation and Benefits (as stated):
- Starting base pay range (Madison/Giralda NJ or Princeton NJ): $157,080–$190,344; additional incentive opportunities may apply.
