Associate Director, Compliance & Ethics

Role: Associate Director, Compliance & Ethics at a biopharma company, focusing on developing and executing compliance monitoring, auditing, and transparency programs within a commercial-stage biotech. Responsibilities: lead annual monitoring and auditing plans, oversee compliance activities, track and report progress, facilitate transparency reporting, develop policies and controls for spend and reporting, and support risk assessments. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance; maintain expertise in transparency laws; drive a culture of compliance and ethics; innovate processes and tools. Requirements: B.A./B.S. degree; 8+ years in compliance, ethics, or audit roles within biotech/pharma; strong expertise in transparency, spend reporting, and data analysis; knowledge of healthcare laws and industry codes; proficiency with reporting tools like Tableau or Cognos; high attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: experience in biotech compliance, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication.
