Role: Associate Director, Competitive Intelligence at Travere Therapeutics, focusing on generating strategic, timely intelligence to support decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities: monitor external scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial developments; develop and maintain landscape assessments, competitor profiles, and trial trackers; synthesize information from diverse sources; lead congress intelligence activities; manage intelligence repositories; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Commercial); respond to ad hoc requests; and enhance intelligence processes, including leveraging emerging technologies like AI. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field; 8+ years in biopharma, with expertise in drug development, clinical research, regulatory pathways, and industry landscape; strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; experience managing multiple projects independently in fast-paced settings. Preferred: experience in rare disease, nephrology, metabolic disorders, or specialty pharma; conducting congress intelligence; and applying AI tools. Work setup: Hybrid remote in San Diego, with up to 10% travel domestically and internationally; face-to-face collaboration expected.
