Key Responsibilities
- Partner with key business leaders to understand and translate business strategy into prioritized commercial operations initiatives and solutions
- Define and lead a portfolio of field enablement projects, ensuring clear prioritization, communication, quality, and timely training and delivery
- Establish simplified standards for tracking and effective communications between teams, including a prioritized roadmap of US Commercial Operations efforts
- Facilitate quarterly business planning sessions and document outcomes to ensure BU leader alignment on cross-functional enablement priorities
- Participate in recurring Sales leadership meetings to provide strategic recommendations and address risks/dependencies related to field engagement
- Drive continuous improvement to evaluate effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive process/technology/tool improvements to increase efficiencies and exceed business goals
Required Qualifications
- 8β10 years in sales, sales support, or commercial operations, with familiarity across CRM systems and field-facing technologies
- Extensive experience in program/project management, demand management, resource management, and prioritization
- Proven expertise in commercial launch readiness, including planning across Customer Data Management, Field Operations and Training, Reporting & Analytics
- Ability to translate business strategies and functional priorities into operational goals and objectives
- Demonstrated success delivering large, cross-functional, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to present clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical/quantitative/problem-solving skills, including developing business cases and value propositions
Education and Experience
- Bachelorβs degree required; Advanced degree preferred
Pay Range
- $164,000 - $246,000
