Responsibilities:
- Support commercial data infrastructure: data aggregation, data warehousing, and data operations for assets supporting Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Finance, and Commercial Analytics.
- Oversee onboarding of new data sources and vendor integrations; lead data operations (procurement, warehouse integration, governance).
- Optimize commercial data warehouse so data is accessible and aligned with business needs.
- Manage master data (Customer, HCP/HCO, Account, Affiliations, Payer, Specialty Pharmacy, Patient Services) across multiple vendors.
- Manage acquisition/validation/transformation/delivery; ensure reference data consistency, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliant curation.
- Ensure data integrity/quality; conduct periodic data control audits; resolve data issues and communicate status.
- Lead quarterly business review coordination; lead CAT (Commercial Analytics Team) meetings to drive insight delivery and coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree with 10+ years OR Masterβs/PhD.
- Required: experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or related).
- Preferred: managing large-scale commercial/sales/trade or contract operations projects.
- Preferred: deep knowledge of life sciences commercial data (SP/SD, claims, prescriber/non-prescriber, affiliations, sales ops) and systems (SFDC, Veeva, other CRM).
Skills/Tools:
- SQL/Python/R and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI); MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Project).
- Strong analytics, critical thinking, problem solving, project management, stakeholder/vendor partnership, and communication.
