Associate Director, Commercial Master Data Management

Role: Associate Director, Commercial Master Data Management, leading Ex-China commercial data governance and operations within a biopharma setting focused on cancer therapies. Responsibilities: manage master data domains (HCP, HCO, payer, patient, product, organizational), establish standards, stewardship programs, data quality KPIs, and lifecycle processes; oversee data integration, automation, and platform support; and coordinate vendor and offshore team activities. Partner with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and IT to ensure compliant, trusted, and optimized data assets supporting commercial strategies and analytics. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, 6+ (Master’s) or 8+ (Bachelor’s) years in pharma commercial data management; hands-on experience with MDM solutions, identity resolution, hierarchy management, and SQL; proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Reltio); strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Preferred: experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare industry data ecosystems, including commercial data providers like IQVIA, Veeva, or Symphony. High-Value: focus on enterprise data governance, data quality, advanced analytics, and AI integration for commercial decision-making. Work Setup: hybrid, with 10-15% travel for planning and launch initiatives.
