Role Summary

Associate Director, Commercial Analytics, Integrated Insights HIV responsible for developing data-based insights to inform brand strategy, leading KPI development and reporting, and delivering actionable analytics to support the HIV franchise. Collaborates with brand marketing leadership to establish analytics plans, leverages data to inform strategy and tactics, and integrates insights to guide business decisions. Leads cross-functional stakeholders and manages external resources as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop data-based insights to inform brand, franchise, and business unit strategy and execution
  • Lead performance/KPI development and reporting enabling a thorough understanding of brand performance and opportunities based on a variety of inputs
  • Collaborate with brand marketing leadership to establish an annual business analytics plan
  • Leverage data and analytics to develop key insights to inform the brand's strategy & tactical plan
  • Conduct analytics projects to inform various business issues, including patient journey analytics, treatment flow analytics, customer segmentation, etc.
  • Conduct performance reporting and diagnostics, including design and implementation of HQ-facing dashboards and reports
  • Evaluating potential new secondary data sources and analytics methodologies to elevate the impact of business analytics continually

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree and Ten Yearsโ€™ Experience
  • Required: Master's Degree and Eight Yearsโ€™ Experience
  • Required: PhD and Two Yearsโ€™ Experience
  • Preferred: Advanced analytics and people management skills
  • Preferred: 10 years of experience managing projects, initiatives, and people
  • Preferred: MBA or Master's degree with concentration in healthcare, general management, analytics, and data sciences
  • Preferred: HIV pharma experience is highly desirable
  • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to collate insights from various sources and develop strategic guidance for brand teams resulting in a business decision or action
  • Preferred: Strong business, marketing acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills; consultative background
  • Preferred: Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills; ability to gain consensus in a matrix environment
  • Preferred: Proficiency in secondary data analysis with knowledge of industry sources (e.g., IQVIA, SHA)
  • Preferred: Strong working knowledge of software systems (MS Excel, Access, MS Word & PowerPoint)
