Role: Lead clinical operations for Dyne's neuromuscular disease programs, translating clinical strategies into operational plans across all trial phases. Responsibilities: manage start-up to close-out of studies, oversee CRO/vendor performance, ensure compliance with ICH GCP and regulations, develop operational strategies, monitor budgets and timelines, lead cross-functional teams, and support site engagement and patient enrollment. Qualifications: Bachelorβs in science or health; 8+ years in global Phase I-III clinical trials, preferably in neuromuscular or rare diseases; experience managing outsourced trials, vendor oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.
