Associate Director, Clinical Costing Systems & Tools

Role: Associate Director overseeing clinical costing systems and tools for Phase I–III trials within a biopharma context, focusing on resource estimation, cost modeling, and system integration. Responsibilities: develop and improve costing algorithms, support system governance, ensure seamless integration with clinical ops, finance, HR, and IT platforms, and analyze operational costs and performance. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences, Business, or related fields; 8+ years in CRO or biopharma, with experience in clinical operations, pricing tools, or financial systems; strong understanding of trial phases and cost drivers; proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with programming and AI tools is advantageous.
