Associate Director Clinical Contracts

Role: Associate Director of Clinical Contracts supporting clinical trial agreements and legal documents within a biotech-focused on oncology, specifically ovarian cancer and tumor types, advancing first-in-class therapies. Responsibilities: draft, review, and negotiate clinical trial site agreements, confidentiality, informed consent, and vendor contracts; assess risks; support process improvements; ensure document accuracy; and assist with policy development. Requirements: BA/BS or MS; 5-8 years of industry experience including at least 4 years in contract negotiation and drafting; strong legal drafting skills; experience with international contracts, confidentiality agreements, and Work Orders; previous in-house biotech or pharma experience preferred.
