Associate Director, Clinical Biomarker

Role: Associate Director of Clinical Biomarker & Translational Medicine in Oncology (Solid Tumor Portfolio, GI franchise), providing strategic and scientific leadership for biomarker strategies that accelerate clinical trial progress. Responsibilities: lead global biomarker development, oversee assay validation, analyze and interpret biomarker data to support decision-making, manage external partnerships, and contribute to regulatory submissions and scientific publications. Requirements: PhD or MD/PhD with 5+ years’ experience in biomarker science within biotech/pharma, expertise in assay development, validation, and oncology translational research, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Mandarin.
