Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of integrated change management strategies across DDT programs and use cases
- Partner with DDT leadership, workstream leads, and use case owners to align change strategy with program objectives and value realization
- Drive stakeholder engagement (impact assessments, readiness planning, sponsor alignment)
- Establish and lead a change agent/champion network to support adoption across DSCS
- Define and execute communications and training strategies for awareness, understanding, and behavior change
- Track adoption metrics, risks, and resistance; implement mitigation actions for sustained adoption
- Support post-go-live activities (reinforcement, hypercare, continuous improvement)
- Coach and guide program teams and sponsors on change management best practices
- Ensure alignment between change strategy, communications, training, and delivery teams
Knowledge, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain change impact assessments across people, process, and technology
- Establish stakeholder engagement strategies, including sponsor spine and governance alignment
- Design tailored communication and engagement plans for executive, functional, and end-user audiences
- Partner with Learning & Development to define training strategy and enable capability building
- Apply change management frameworks/tools/templates consistently across initiatives
- Monitor adoption/engagement/behavior change using KPIs and feedback loops
- Develop executive-ready materials; facilitate workshops and alignment sessions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of change management practices and playbooks
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA/MS or equivalent preferred in business or pharma-related field
- 5β10+ years in change management, digital transformation, or organizational effectiveness within Pharma/Biotech
- Proven large-scale cross-functional change leadership
- Strong stakeholder engagement/influence across senior/global teams
- Ability to develop/execute adoption, communication, and training strategies
- Experience in program delivery with integrated governance and stage-gate processes
- Strong business acumen; excellent communication; ability to coach leaders/teams; experience in matrixed organizations
Preferred Skills:
- Process development; digital/data platform familiarity (analytics, automation, data foundation)
- Hub-and-spoke operating model experience
- Knowledge of change methodologies (Prosci, CEM, SRF); experience building/scaling change networks
