- Engineer full ELT lifecycle: ingestion, transformations, and refresh pipelines using Fabric notebooks/config-driven frameworks.
- Build/maintain data orchestration (dependencies, scheduling, refresh).
- Refactor/migrate solutions to Fabric following governance/deployment standards.
- Apply CI/CD, Git version control, and automated testing.
- Uphold/extend CAS data architecture and governance (security, structure, maintainability).

Semantic Models, Power BI & Fabric Apps
- Build governed semantic models/data engines (Direct Lake), emphasizing DAX and performance.
- Develop β€œAI Ready” semantic models (contextual layer: definitions, relationships, business meaning) to ground Claude/AI agents.
- Use Claude, MCP, and Claude Code to build/enrich AI Ready models.
- Own Power BI delivery (dashboards, executive visualizations, reporting).
- Innovate Fabric-native apps and self-service analytics.
- Establish enterprise deployment patterns (shared datasets, deployment pipelines, version control).

Solution Delivery & Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with CAS audit leadership to translate priorities/pain points into analytics/automation.
- Advise proactively on streamlining audits; maintain/evolve solution portfolio.
- Deliver reporting/analytics; orchestrate delivery via Smartsheet; operate in Agile.

Automation & Agentic Innovation
