Purpose
Business Human Resources (BHR) serves as a trusted partner to the business, helping to shape culture, supporting business strategies, and delivering the talent and capabilities necessary to make an impact.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner; assist or lead HR strategy creation/implementation.
- Coach, consult, and influence business leaders (including senior leadership) on leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.
- Develop and implement talent attraction, development, and retention strategies; lead talent development and succession planning.
- Ensure effective delivery of HR programs/services; be responsible for HR results (client satisfaction, HR effectiveness, financial results).
- Build relationships with HR partners across Centers of Excellence and Service Centers to coordinate HR elements and service delivery.
- Lead organization design and effectiveness/structure issues.
- Drive people manager development; partner to shape culture (engagement, high performance, diversity and inclusion).
- Facilitate/model change; develop and deliver communication aligned to priorities.

- Prioritize critical projects; identify process trends and new approaches.
- Develop strategic HR problem-solving proposals/recommendations.
- Lead large-scale, multi-year strategic projects with transformation impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree; 8+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of regulations/standards; strong business acumen.
- Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Project management or business experience.
- Experience in organizational development/design/effectiveness.
- Experience supporting global business; partner with international leaders/HR.
- Strategic thinking; ability to lead multiple initiatives and prioritize.
- Broad understanding of functional/CoE HR roles and responsibilities.
- Experience presenting to senior management; ability to engage employees at all levels.
