Role
Primary responsibilities supporting Global Supply Business Development (GSBD) program management/business process operations, including:
- Coordinate and manage department tools and systems.
- Ensure consistent principles and a synergistic approach across GSBD and the Manufacturing Division; collaborate with Corporate, R&D, and Human Health.
- Standardize workflows, coordinate governance reviews, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
- Monitor operational metrics; support documentation/compliance needs; provide status updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain an organizational dashboard to track progress vs. annual priorities.
- Support contracting for some BD agreements (under oversight of Business Development Leads).
- Support business development activities (as appropriate, under direction of Business Development Leads).
- Track deal progression and ensure timely updates to key systems, dashboards, and reports.
- Create executive-level presentations and briefing materials for internal/external meetings.

Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred: Graduate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Science, or Engineering

Required Experience/Skills
- 7+ years with increasing responsibility in areas including Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Science/Technology, Global Procurement, Market Research, or related.
- Leadership, collaboration, facilitation, communication; ability to influence without authority; effective in ambiguous/changing environments.
- Proficient in personal computers/business software; strong analytical, project management, and facilitation skills.
