Role
Primary responsibility: support key program management/business process operations activities across Global Supply Business Development (GSBD).
Responsibilities:
- Work with the GSBD team and Manufacturing Division to ensure consistent principles and a synergistic approach; collaborate with Corporate, Research & Development, and Human Health stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage department tools and systems.
- Drive operational excellence by standardizing workflows, coordinating governance reviews, and identifying process streamlining opportunities.
- Monitor business development operational metrics; support documentation and compliance; provide clear status updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain an organizational dashboard to track progress toward annual priorities.
- Under Business Development Leadsโ oversight, support contracting for some BD agreements.
- Under Business Development Leadsโ direction, provide high-quality support for business development activities as appropriate.
- Track deal progression and ensure timely updates to key systems, dashboards, and reports.
- Generate executive-level presentations, communications, and briefings for internal/external meetings.
Education:
- Required: Bachelorโs degree.
- Preferred: Graduate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Science, or Engineering.
Experience & Skills (Required):
- Minimum 7 years with increasing responsibility in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Science/Technology, Global Procurement, Market Research, and/or related areas.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and communication; ability to influence without authority; effective in ambiguous/changing environments.
- Proficient in personal computers and business software; strong analytical, project management, and facilitation skills.
