Role Summary
Associate Director, Brand Marketing will lead the development and commercialization of key tactics across fibromyalgia and migraine assets. This role develops tactics across HCP and Consumer/Patient audiences aligned to strategy across personal and non-personal promotion, digital media, communications/PR, and other channels. It requires the ability to work independently and cross-functionally with field sales, medical affairs, commercial strategy/operations, market access, and the Promotional Review Committee, and will report to the Director, Brand Marketing from the Berkeley Heights, NJ office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed understanding of disease and competitive marketplace
- Manage a team of agency partners to ensure tactics are delivered on-strategy, on-time, and on-budget
- Work with full marketing team to support commercialization efforts and help think through how to do ordinary things in extraordinary ways
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Business/Marketing or related disciplines
- Master's Degree (MBA) preferred
- 7+ years of Pharmaceutical or Biotech Marketing experience
- Experience working with or within advertising agencies of record
- Experience with recent product/indication launch
- Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred
- CNS, Primary care, rheumatology, and/or pain specialty experience preferred

- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of marketing business processes and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Experience working with field-based sales force and market access issues and trends

- Experience in pharmaceutical sales
- CNS, Primary care, rheumatology, and/or pain specialty experience
