Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and engineering delivery of the organization’s agentic AI platform and related solutions.
- Transform existing products, processes, and workflows into scalable agentic AI-enabled capabilities.
- Oversee end-to-end AI engineering operations (development, deployment, monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement).
- Partner cross-functionally to define technical roadmaps, platform standards, and solution priorities.
- Establish best practices for AI performance, scalability, security, governance, and maintainability.
- Guide evaluation, integration, and optimization of AI models, orchestration frameworks, and platform components.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate value delivery through reusable AI services, automation, and operational efficiencies.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (CS/engineering/information systems or related).
- 5+ years in technology leadership, solution architecture, software engineering, or prototype development; strong track record advancing proofs of concept for digital/data/AI solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to turn early concepts into functional prototypes/PoCs (feasibility, approach definition, and working through ambiguity).
- Strong knowledge across application development, cloud platforms, data, and AI; ability to partner with Product, Innovation, Engineering, and Data Science.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical efforts and aligning PoCs to business goals and user needs.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and execution; ability to explain tradeoffs and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $145,600–$270,400/year.
- Performance-based cash incentive; possible eligibility for annual equity awards.
